This job involves manufacturing Tokuzo brand cutlery from scratch. We welcome both experienced manufacturing professionals and those with no prior experience. You will gradually become involved in the process, starting with tasks you are capable of handling.

We carefully explain the features and care instructions for each knife, allowing a wide range of customers, from food professionals to cooking enthusiasts, to experience the feel and sharpness of our knives. We are also increasingly serving international customers, providing an environment where language skills can be put to good use.

We sell kitchen knives and products from Kochi Prefecture on our own website and on e-commerce platforms such as Rakuten and Amazon. We handle everything from product photography and page creation to order processing and shipping. We also operate an international website for selling kitchen knives.

Q. I don't know much about kitchen knives.
A.大丈夫です。スタッフの大半が就職してから学びを得ています。
While some are "naturally passionate" about knives, stemming from a love of cooking, others join the company for various reasons, such as wanting to work in customer service, wanting to utilize their English skills from their time in the travel industry, or finding the commute convenient. After joining, you'll learn the basics, and then gradually build up your knowledge at your own pace through on-the-job training (OJT)!
Q. Are there business trips? Also, are there transfers to different locations?

You will have opportunities to visit manufacturing plants and manufacturers throughout Japan, attend B2B events, and visit various company locations. Rest assured that positions will be assigned according to each staff member's individual work style.
Currently, there are no transfers required, but depending on your skills and preferences, we may ask you to relocate. This will always be discussed beforehand.
Q. My children are still young, so it's difficult for me to work overtime.

I believe that every working person has their own circumstances, big or small, such as childcare or family matters.
Therefore, our management staff conducts regular interviews to carefully listen to each individual's situation and work together to create a manageable work schedule. We also strive to create an environment where staff members can naturally support each other by reaching out to one another in case of sudden errands or illness.
Furthermore, for those working in an office, flexible work arrangements are possible depending on the situation, such as combining working in the office with working from home.
Q. What kinds of company events are held?
A. We organize employee training trips, end-of-year celebrations, and year-end parties.
We are thinking of ways to make our working hours a little more fulfilling.
Employee training trips are not only an opportunity to deepen work-related learning, but also a time for staff from different locations to interact at a relaxed pace. By getting to know aspects of each other that are not easily seen in daily work, team bonds naturally strengthen.
Furthermore, we often plan meals and other events at each location based on requests from staff members saying, "We'd like to go to this place," and these are always well-received.
Participation in all events is optional.
We respect each individual's style and proceed in a way that is comfortable for them.
